Thanks, Your Message Has Reached the Kruneri Bench

Kruneri has your request and someone will read it during opening hours, usually within a few hours on a weekday. Nothing else is needed from you right now unless you left out a detail that matters.

What happens next

Three steps from here

We read every message ourselves, no ticket queue and no chatbot. If your note mentions a specific pair of shoes and what went wrong, we can usually come back with a price range straight away. If it is a borderline case, we will ask for a photo or two so the quote is realistic rather than a guess.

01

We read it

Usually same day on weekdays, and Monday morning if you wrote over the weekend.

02

We reply

A price range, a pickup date and any questions we need answered before work starts.

03

You drop in

Bring the pair down to Church Street and we confirm the quote at the counter.

While you wait

If you have not decided between a resole and a clean, the two service pages explain what each job involves and what it costs. Both list the turnaround times we actually keep to.

Your details are stored only for the purpose of answering this enquiry, as described in our privacy policy.

Sneaker Restoration and Cleaning

Canvas, mesh, knit and suede each get their own treatment. We clean by hand, lift midsole stains and deal with yellowed rubber, then dry slowly so the glue and shape survive the job.
