Send a message
Tell us what needs fixing
Fill in the form and we will reply during opening hours, usually the same day. Give us as much detail as you can about the shoe, the damage and when you need it back. It saves a round of back-and-forth.
If the repair is urgent, say so in the message and we will tell you straight away whether we can fit it in. We do not overpromise turnaround times to win a job.

A few things worth knowing
Bring both shoes
Even if only one is worn through. Soles and heels get matched to the pair, and a single shoe repaired in isolation can sit unevenly.
Do not clean them first
Honestly, dirt helps us see where the wear is happening. We will clean them as part of the repair anyway, so leave them as they are.
Keep the quote slip
It has the pickup date, the price and a short description of the work. If something does not feel right on collection, that slip is the reference point.
Not sure which service
Leather resole or a sneaker clean?
If the sole is worn through or the heel has collapsed, you want the resole side of the shop. If the shoe is structurally fine but looks tired, a clean is usually the answer. Both are described in detail on their own pages, including what we charge and how long it takes.
