Kruneri publishes these legal pages so you can see, in plain language, how we handle your details, what our repair terms and warranty rules cover, and which cookies our website sets. The wording below reflects how the workshop on Church Street actually runs, and it replaces any earlier version we may have sent you by email after a repair or a quote.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember that you have been there before. Some cookies are needed for a page to work, others simply tell us which pages people read.
This policy applies to the Kruneri website and to any message you send through it. It does not cover other sites you reach by following a link from here.
Cookies we set
We keep the list short on purpose.
- Consent record stores whether you accepted or declined cookies so we do not ask again on every visit. It stays in your browser until you clear it.
- Session cookie keeps a contact form working while you fill it in. It expires when you close the browser.
- Analytics cookies count visits and show which repair guides are read most. The data is aggregated and not tied to your name.
Why we bother
The consent record saves you a repeated banner. The session cookie stops a half finished form from losing what you typed. Analytics tell us whether people are finding the sole replacement page or the sneaker cleaning page, which shapes what we write next.
None of these cookies are used to build a profile of you across other websites, and we do not run advertising or retargeting scripts.
Managing cookies
You can decline cookies from the banner on the home page, and the site will still work. Contact forms rely on the session cookie, so declining may mean a form resets if you leave the page mid way.
Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies. Look under privacy or site data in the settings menu. Blocking all cookies in your browser affects every site you visit, not only this one.
